Oh! Just wonderful!

Here I have created a scrumptious Beetroot salad, holy crap...I could not contain my excitement when I threw everything together and realised it needed to be snapped!

The crumbly square cuts of Greek Fetta, the pickled beetroot sliced into bite size mouthfuls, parsley not chopped but put in whole, to nibble away at while you stare at the bowl....
I've added chopped red capsicum and chunks of walnuts, chickpeas make a dash for the bottom (for you to find them later) and mushroom sits underneath...staying fresh and soft for you to stab your fork into surprisingly!
Zaatar is sprinkled over the top and cucumber should show its face eventually, with a sweet and acidic lemon juice and balsamic vinegar mix drizzled all over....

You've just stepped right into heaven. 

And you haven't even tasted it

Try it....you might just die from a mouth explosion :O
